"Box showed up really beat up"
My bike box arrived torn, dented, and looking like it had been tossed around without much care. Luckily most of the stuff inside seemed okay, but the packaging was in rough shape. i feel kind of stupid for trusting them to handle it properly.

I was disappointed with the overall fit and finish. A few panels didn’t line up the way they should, the paint had some small marks, and some of the bolts felt kind of cheap. The bike runs and does what it’s supposed to, but it just feels a bit rushed and not as solid as I expected. For the price, I figured the quality would be better. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Pedal assist just feels a bit off"
Something feels off with the pedal assist. It takes a little too long to kick in, and then every now and then it suddenly comes on stronger than expected. It makes the ride feel awkward, especially when I’m in traffic or trying to get up a hill. I was expecting it to feel a lot smoother, and for the price, it’s frustrating

"Add-ons felt kinda cheap"
I ordered a few accessories from youngelectricbikes.com when I got my bike, and tbh they were a letdown. The phone holder felt flimsy as soon as I took it out, and the rear rack had some rough edges and didnt really line up right.
I get that accessories arent the main product, but still, for what they cost I expected a bit better. I had to mess with the rack way longer than I should have, and I still dont really trust it. Prob wouldnt buy the add-ons again

"Nice looking bikes, but the site could be easier to compare"
I really like the look of the bikes on youngelectricbikes.com. The designs are clean and not too flashy, which is more my style, and the photos give a good feel for what the bikes look like. My only issue is that some of the pages feel a little crowded, so it took me longer than I expected to compare models. If that part doesn’t get easier, I could see myself checking out another site instead. Still, overall I’d give it 4 stars for the appearance and design

"Frame started feeling off quick"
I’ve only taken it out a few times, but the frame already feels kind of weak. Not sure if it’s just the one I got or what, but it doesn’t feel as solid as I expected. Disappointed so far

"Brakes feel reliable after a little tweaking"
The bike stops really well, even when I’m going downhill, and the braking feels smooth overall. I did have to make a small adjustment during the first week, but after that they’ve been solid. Personally, I’d say the brakes are a strong point and I’m happy with them.

"The bike itself seems fine so far..."
The bike itself seems fine so far, but getting it put together was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The instructions were all over the place and felt like they skipped a few steps, so it took me a lot longer than expected. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because, i don’t really trust them to be much help with stuff like this.

The bike itself is decent, but the tires don’t exactly inspire confidence. On wet roads or loose gravel, they slip more than I expected, which is always fun when you’re trying to take a turn and not meet the pavement personally. For the price, I thought the tires would feel a bit safer and grip better.

The bike rides well overall, and I’m assuming it’ll be fine for regular use. That said, a few parts feel cheaper than I expected, especially for the price. The battery seems okay so far, but I guess I’ll see how it holds up over time. It’s not a bad bike, I just thought the quality would feel a little better.

The bike works totally fine and does what it’s supposed to, but I expected a bit more for the price. It’s not bad at all, just feels a little too expensive for what you get.

"Shipping took way longer than expected"
The bike did eventually show up, but it was late and the tracking barely updated the whole time. What annoyed me most was that the shipping terms seemed to change after I ordered, so the delivery window I thought I was getting didn’t really mean much. Overall, kind of frustrating.

"Top speed was a letdown"
Well... I really expected more from this bike speed-wise. On regular roads, it just felt slower than I thought it would be, and once I hit any hills, it was even more disappointing. For the price, I was let down. Based on the speed alone, I wouldn’t give it more than 1 star.

"Tired of Chasing This Warranty Repair"
I brought the bike in for a warranty repair thinking it would be a straightforward fix, but it dragged on way longer than expected. After all the waiting and back-and-forth, the bike still isn’t working right. i’m just worn out from dealing with the whole service process at this point.

"Decent bike, motor is just okay"
I’ve been riding this around my neighborhood for a few weeks now, mostly to the grocery store and on the bike path near my house, and overall it rides fine. The only thing is the motor feels a little weaker on hills than I was expecting. We have a couple of longer inclines around here, nothing crazy, and it definitely makes it up them, but not with as much power as I hoped. It’s not a bad bike at all, just feels average in that department.

"Okay on flat roads, not so sure about hills"
The bike is decent when I’m riding on flat streets, and I guess it does the job for casual trips. But once I hit a hill, it slows down a lot more than I expected. It’s not terrible, but I’m not fully convinced it’s as strong as it should be...

They make it sound like support will get back to you quickly, but that has not been my experience at all. I reached out and I’m still sitting here waiting for a reply. Frustrating when the reality doesn’t match what they promise.
